Dear expertes

i produces all the document in the family court in last deabte for interim maintainance by my lawyer in CRPC 125

her experience certificate

her visiting card

matrimonial profile id web page print

her previous working

and the note sheet of Govt family councelling in which she refused to live in my hometown because of her pvt job.

judge said that he will order after 3 days after reading both parties file

now the question is

how much i have to pay the interim maintainance for my child. as i showed my income 3000 pm

and if judge will order for interim maintainance for my child. do i receive the custody of my child for a week in a month.

please guide me

Custody/visitation and maintanence are two different matters .

you have not expressed about the point if your wife is a working women . If she is than child maintanence is co-extensive and both would have to contribute .Ther is no hard and fast rule as to the quantaum of maintance that can be awarded in india . But normally it is 1/3 rd of your salary or it also be as per the prevaling expenses of your child .

As for custody/visitation of the child you would have to file a petition under GWA
