While filing a case party in person for child custody (under GWA) is affidavit required? Can't I just file the petition along with documents (address proof etc) .
Myself and my father are petitioners and the case will be filed in a different state where my father has gone. He is retired so has time. So in case affidavit is needed can he do it or presence of all petitioners is mandatory?
