Beware of buyers. The copies of previous document (linked documents for the property which you decide to purchase), EC for not less than 30 years, Plan Approval from the concerned authority, fair adangal copy from revenue department (you cand download through net-ROR-I-B), whether the executant is a builder/developer his authorisation, etc., need to be verified. consult an experienced advocate who have sufficient knowledge in property matters with the recorded material you have. enquire whether the owners/executants are genuine or not.
