Does a girl can file any case if the boy breakes the engagement?

I know this is very silly question, but I still wants to confirm. Does a girl can file any police case for breaking engagement?

Yes, if he has promised her to get engage and used girl in some way or other in pretax of engagement.

All depends upon facts of case.

If a boy didn't have any physical relation, its just he breaks the engagement due to differences in mentality, then does she file any case ? and if yes what charges can be imposed ?

No case can be filled for breaking engagement by the woman. If such cases were allowed most of the broken engagement parties would be in unnecessary trouble for a civil issue.
