Does my us born son becomes beneficiary of my properties?

Me and my wife are Indians and our son is US born citizen.

We got divorce few days back.

In future, after my death, I assume that my wife cannot be a beneficiary since we separated.

Does my US born son becomes beneficiary of my properties?

Your U.S born son  has  legal right  to claim the share in both your ancestral and self acquired properties but you can deprive his right in your self acquired property by writing a will.

1.Your us born son has a legal right in your self owned & ancestral property as he is a legal heir. 2. Make a will in favour of him .
