Dog Nuisance

Inspite of repeated request my neighbour continues to have four dogs which is becoming a big nuisance to my family due to collective barking of the dogs night and day.
Moreover my wife is a juvenile diabetic since the age of 12. This disturbance is causing a lot of strain on her health. Please advice regarding necessary steps I can take to solve this problem.
Your Truly,
D Ravikrishnan

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for various offences like Nuisance, Intimidation, Breach of Trust, Mischief etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting Documents, Evidences & Witnesses.

2.  IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet.  The said Person may come down for settlement.

OTHER OPTIONS:
3. Sell property & Move away from such nefarious neighborhood.
4. Put "EAR PLUGS" to avoid the Dog Barking, for temporary relief.
