Domestic violence case

Form 1 is Domestic Incidence Report. It is used to register a criminal complaint of domestic violence and can be got easily from all police stations.

Form 2 is an application to be made to Magistrate allowing him to take cognizance of the DV matter and pass protection/other orders. 

Form 3 allows a woman who has suffered domestic violence to apply for free legal aid
