Domestic violence case obstacle in getting job

I am currently working in an MNC my wife has filed a false Domestic violence case against me for which the hearing is going on.I am looking for a Job change my doubt is DV being a civil case become a problem when I

join the another company do MNC have problem taking such person please help me here........ thanks

as such you wont have any problem but you might be required to take leave from office while you appear for the case.you would need to manage that

Legally they should not have any problem, but psychologically - may be. The HR person might not get you through.

Some MNC do have a clause that the prospect employee should not be criminally convicted. Now, DV trial is not conviction. So just relax. But yes, as Mr. Sarvanan has stated, you need to take leave or manage your time to comply with the court proceedings.
