Myself A.padmanathan, doing post graduate degree in engineering. I had doubt regarding the "birth certificate".
Till now I didn't have the birth certificate. I born in chennai but my native place is Tuticorin in tamilnadu. Can anyone say how to apply for birth certificate now. I need it to apply for passport.
