Doubt in litigation?

Dear experts In my case; i apply for divorce n she put domrstic voilance n 125: both are fake. Now she delaying dv n 125 as she dont have any proof. I want to ask is this delaying trick will affect my divorce case?

No fir register till now. Now she dont wana to come; she said to dsp that why no fir.

Ya i inform this to judge madam; she reply me satisfactoril. did it will helpfull to me? As she my wife dont have any proof or evidence due to this DSP refused to file any case against me. No fir no dir whst is the future of this cade? Plz reply.
