there is no need to panic...you have stated so many things for which an immediate solution can not be mentioned.

better face the trial and try to prove the charges against you false.

however, in the mean time keep on talking to her through responsible persons so that the matter could be finished amicably.

1. She wants in written like in stamp paper that I will take care of her in whole life.

2. She is saying no matters if you live with me or not , but provide me room on rent, food ,clothes .

contest the case with ur full strength.

Is there any guidelines for me that saves me.

1. Only due to her complain I was arrested for 15 days.
Due to my parents I got bailed.
2. I have fear, if by only her saying infront of Judge
may becomes difficult for me to save , or any proof required from herside.
3. She had made complained that I blackmailed her for Dowery , that is also false.
4. she had complained that I have beaten her which is false.
She has no proof of any things but only by her words is enough?or will Judge will also hear my views?

And As per her Financiall conditaion she is lower middle class girl. She has left her home and her parents are

saying they are not responsible for her, you did the marriage so bear yourself.

frankly speaking, I would still suggest you pacify her politely and seek help of elders.

there can be some differences between you both but try to sort of amicably.

Can the case can be rolled back any time? or need to convence her before she prsent in front of judge.?

LOK ADALAT is a great measure to settle the dispute amicably with the help of concillation officer.

most of the cases relating to the marital relationships or the disputes there in can be sorted  out with the help of courts itself , but its very important to fight your case when u feel that all the doors of concilliation are closed.

you have to prove all the allegations contrary regarding demand of dowry, cruelty, voilence etc and believe me its not  very hectic job. if you are true you just need a good lawyer to handle the case with elbow grease efforts.
