In the agreement  attached.... one of the point therein, the husband agrees to pay the maintenance till time the wife remain chaste.... and no where it is written about husband not having any extra marital relationship.... does this agreement impliedly mean that husband is at his freewill.... or the bigamous laws still apply here?

I also felt the same. One more question:

My situation:

Wife not agreeing to divorce.

She promises not to leave home

So I have to leave.  And what if she doesnot sign or agree?

the section wherein the woman needs to be chaste... its an extremely vague sentence - who will decide if she is chaste? the husband or the court? teh agreement says that both wont indulge in anything legally

My daughter is seeking the divorce my mutual consent . During complaint in mahila police a mutual compromise was their and the husband has agreed to give Rs. 18000 P. M as alimony being a Doctor and from business family this amount is very less . My daughter is doing Phd and getting some stipend from the Govt. which will be continue for the one yr. pl,advice before submitting the mutual documents how we can get higher alimony in terms of lump sum amount instead of getting monthly installment .

If wife gets into a relationship, the money mater comes into dispute.

If husband gets ito a relationship, she can ask for a divorce or better payment.. nothing else
