I have been married for four years now, post-marriage it was discovered that my wife is not mentally stable and our marriage was very on and off for last four year. Very recently, my in laws filed case against me and my family for Dowry and domestic violence.
She was living with their parents for the last 1.5 years and in our last meeting we agreed to take her home but some family members of there should accompany her to see her behaviour.
But now they have filled the FIR and respective police stations has called us for information the same.
Please help me on remedy for the same
