Kindly suggest me on whether I can possibly file A DP3 Complaint against my estranged wife and her father for giving dowry , the estranged wife has asked for return of 35,000 /- given as dowry in Form 2 -application to the magistrate under pwdva.
( PLEASE NOTE-IT IS NOT ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY I AM TRYING TO SAVE , IT IS MY SELF-RESPECT & HONOUR THAT I AM TRYING TO PROTECT .)
