[a] what is difference between DP3 and DP4?
{also in punishment} from girl side.
[b] Only charges are framed under 498A and DP4,{here DP3 is droped}
is it useful to drop DP3 in false dowry case.{if so why it should be drop}
to know from these question is that if charge under DP 3 is not framed then why charges under DP4 cant droped.

[1] charges under 498A is framed allegation are as there is demand from next day of marriage till FIR is made nearly upto three moths , note here no medical is there at the time of FIR and in frmaing of charges .
also mean time wife left for four months FIR after three months and Thrn came back when case was running without informing to police and court.
noted in that time sec09 was filed before 498A fir and was running when wife came back. no proof only mere allegation without any medical. even no eye witness is there.
[2] DP4 is framed as huaband demand three lacks from her and form her father and so called brother
[ actually he is driver came with father and gave his statement produced himself as brother ]
in realty no demand of single penny and also the date on which fahter and brother mentiond the incident hapeened on that date huaband was outside the city away from incident place upto 700KM and having proof of it and is produced in the court.
NOTE: the most important thing is that SP and DSP gave in written that IO is doubtful and prosecution is malcious , FIR is registered with malafide intention by IO and departmental enquiry is to suggested against her and her doubt ful act.
