I had a recent dual employment history due to which a big mnc terminated my services. I immediately left the other small consultancy as well then and there. My concern is will I be able to join a new company showing 1 year gap unemployed. How can I ensure job security in new company and not get fired for hiding this 1 year gap out of which 4 months were dual employment?

If the new Organisation in which you aspire to work at is a Matured organization, you should be able to clarify that the blunder was in the past, however now you commit full dedication with sincerity. HRD has Evaluation Questionnaires whereby they can evaluate that you have changed for better and it's worth employing you.
