Hi,
I am paying 4000 in under 125 from 2015 & now under DV Act court ordered as interim to pay 10000 or provide share household to my wife because she provided the fake rent agreement of 5700 & a private school fee slip of more than 30000 of my son who is a student of UKG.
The case of DV Act is filed in 2014 itself should i have to pay from the date of filing as she already stated that she is living since 25/8/2018 on rent.Please help what should i do?
