Dv case along with divorce and maintainance

I have already files a DV case against my husband last year but no hearing has happened since a year now. I have lost all the hope on the court system now and i want to file a divorce and maintenance against my husband in an other court. Can i go that??

Yes you can file for maintenanace and divorce . There is no bar.

However regarding your DV case you should check with court registry regardin the status of case,

Court case is pending and no hearing is happening due to unavailabailty of Judge since 3 months.

 Then you can file a transfer application or wait until the court is functional.
