DV-quash in high court

wife filed dv on my mother and me.498 is in trial stage and iam sure i will win the case.is there any way i can file for quash of dv in high court?and any other ways to get out of dv case?

Yes of course, you can go to High Court, for quashing of the cases put on you and your mother.  Do it fast.

thanks for the reply. still i need to take the petition copy from court.they have not yet givem the copy to me.can i file for quash after taking the petiotion or can go quash even earlier?

Further to above, if Court Date is too far, you can get a Certified Copy of Complaint / application and move to High Court for appropriate relief. akseth advocate============aksethadvocate@gmail.com
