Educational loan default

hi friends

can bank file criminal private complaint for defaulting educational loans.loans obtained for pursuing abroad studies with out any security.

i heard that there is one supreme court judgment on this point. pls quote . its very important and urgent.

	Showing the contexts in which bank loan for education purpose appears in the document.necessary for every student to go in for higher education whether he/she belongs to rich or poorer sections of the society. For the economically poor students, the bank loan is the only source to attain a higher qualification. Even after obtaining higher educational qualification throughbank loan, the job is not guaranteed and there are several lakhs of educated youths who are running  from pillar to post for employment to support their families and to repay the bank loantaken by them for their education. Therefore, I urge upon the Government to waive the bankloan of the educated unemployed youth taken for education purpose as is being done in the case of farmers.
