Sir, A land on which a society registered under Non-trading corporation Act( NTC).. Now the Non-trading corporation Act was abolished. What is the status of the member whether they are member of that society regi. under NTC ?
2. Governmental authority now after abolishment of that NTC donot work. so who is the supervising authority?
3. Whether that NTC committee can issue a No-due or No-objection certificate or not ? where any property is to be sold ? IF YES, what is its maintanibility ?
4. What is the Lucas Standi of that land or the members of that NTC?
