During last year, she filed CM petition as usual as others (DV and 498). Police enquired and closed the case (no FIR) that nothing had happened, as I had proper evidence to my stand.
She applied more interim petition(sec 24) and made no progress to the my divorce case. they are not ready to argue. So I have applied for Sec 21 B to execute my divorce on ground of annulled . But judge order the other party also to counter the case. they argued And he said (according to my lawyer) reserved for judgement before one and half month before, but so far no update or no judgement released.
Now, she has approached IG and put one more complaint to settle the amount they have sent on marriage. she claimed false amount which differs much in both complaint.
1. What to do to get my sec 21 B judgement, which judge did not announce.
2. Is there is any way my Sec 21 B gets dismissed?
3. Will police be able to force us in settling the false amount or charge us with any case? we dont have any items of her with us
