Electronic Records and Evidence

How to use E-mailed contents as evidence? Any supreme Court judgments regarding this issues? What are the procedures to be fallowed to record such evidence?

many judgement on base of email...just type email on indian kanoon site....you take printout and add 65 B certificate...that has to be certified by you...many judge admitted the email without 65 b certificate...
