eligibility for education even serving in government

sir, I am ch BHAVANI Shankar who is serving under defence ministry. I am 21 years old. I have joined this job in 2017.i have completed my b. tech degree in 2017 .iam very much interested in sports and I want to become a physical education teacher. b. PED is the mandatory qualification for this profession. but B. PED course is not available in distance education. it should be regular only. so I request you to please give me some ideas how to complete B. PED course to become physical education teacher earlier. I know that i will avail education leave after 5 years from joining. any body please give me suggestions.
