Emergency leave

Hello sir's , 

Case : I am on a emergency leave since 21/08/2011due some serious personal problem where same has been already communicated to company . Now i am unable to continue my job in current location and i requesting for transfer to any other state the previous.

What should i do if company is asking for resignation or they will terminate me by the way of absconding process...???

As i have total 50 days leave & at the same time i had communicate every problem and request to concern authorities of my company.

kindly advice me in this case where i don't have any option other then listening to bank officials.

To the best of my knowledge, emergency leave cannot get you choice transfer.

 

Emergencies are normally related to something beyond one's control, like accident.

 

* What is your company's name? If it is private, does it have branches elsewhere?

* Why are you wanting transfer? Why did you choose this route while there are numerous other routes?

* What is the emergency?

Transfer is at the discretion of the management. At the best transfer can be as per transfer policy, if any, of the company.

The best solution is if the case is strongly recommended and followed up by the line management.

If the employee is good performer, an asset, and hence indispensable, or the circumstances are genuine, or employee is blue eyed boy of the management, the employee's chances of getting choice transfer shall be higher.

You have mentioned that you have posted your superiors.50 days are over. It shall be appropriate to meet your reporting authority/superiors in person and mark your attendance and avoid being labeled absconding, award of termination and peruse for your transfer. You may get it.
