Employer not paid anything against full and final

HI ,

I was Employed with a organisation from Sept 2010 to May 2013.

Company Gave me Exp letter And FNF letter. the amount for FNF is not Paid till now .
Amount is 98K . So please let me Know what we can do further for This . as I sent So many Mail reminders for the same

Submit final representation addressed to appointing authority, MD, Chairman with a copy to Head-HR preferably by letter thru Redg. Post and demand to supply FnF wages by bank DD only by Redg. Post only so as to reach you in next 7 days.

If good offices also do not provide relief then you may approach your labor consultant/service lawyer.

Let your lawyer opine finally on the merits and your case, and let your lawyer decide the forum where you should agitate……………………………..thru Unions, Inspector under The Shops and Establishments Act, Inspector under Payment of Wages act, O/o Labor commissioner, Civil court………………………or to treat the unpaid wages as debt on employer…………………………….winding up petition,………………..complaint u/s 406,420 etc………….
