Employer not settling account

Page no : 2

Prasenjit De (Unemployed)     07 June 2014

Thanks and appreciate your detailed reply on my query.

RTI seems to be another good option apart from legal notice and also through trade union, although i now don't have much grasp on them.

Just to enlighten me,can you please suggest where do i file the RTI act? Can you provide me any link towards it, as a ready reckoner.

Is there any Labor consultants/Service Lawyers-Law firms, lawyers handling criminal cases, Company law cases/winding up petitions, in this forum from Delhi who is willing to take up my case?

>>> Senior Advocate Mr. Biswanath Roy has advised you in this thread.

If you wish you can get in touch with Mr. Roy. It shall be his pleasure, prerogative to be your counsel.

>>> Labor/service matters……………………………….and criminal matters……………… is altogether different and specialized field and in each city there are few lawyers that specialize in Labor/service matters and they are well known.

Such matters are usually referred to them.

Anyone can search for lawyers/law firms by asking friends, family members, community leaders, colleagues, well wishers, browsing internet………………………..By asking at Labor Court…………………..civil court, office bearers of Dist. Bar association/Bar council of India that maintains its website in each state, lawyers in the neighborhood……………………

If you wish to avail the services of a LCI lawyer you can conduct the search at:

You shall need to settle your T&C with your lawyer on your own.

Mr. P.S. Dhingra, Mr. H.S.Thukral are LCI lawyers at Delhi and have been advising querists in such matters.

If you wish you can get in touch with them. It shall be their pleasure, prerogative to be your counsel.

>>> The trade union leaders are well informed and many of them are helping.

Some of them may be from your community and known to you.

You can access them…………..

>>> RTI activist near you can help you………………….

There are various portals that can be accessed on RTI e.g.

They have now TAT for various complaints/services……………..

Rajeev Bahl (Vice President)     18 August 2016

I was employed by a renowned pharmaceutical company as Vice president and left with all formalities including serving notice period in May-2014.

My account settlement has not been done till date even after lot of follow up. As advised by this eminent club i filed a recovery suit with chandigarh courts since Delhi courts refused to take the case.

It is now more than a year with 4 dates passed by...The status is that the notice served to the company has not been delivered (Reason: Premises closed).

Now the court has ordered to send the notice again.

My query is...

Is it the way Court functions that even after one year officially court has not been able to serve notice to the employer. Their office with more than 70 employees is functioning regularly.

My lawyer is in Delhi and he arranges some lawyer in Chandigarh to appear on dates...Should i hire a local Chandigarh Lawyer.

Usually how much time it takes to get settlement through court.

Can you suggest me a competent lawyer in Chandigarh.

Thanks

" (Reason: Premises closed)."

The issue seems to be tricks and tactics.

Your lawyer and court would know on how to service notice/summons.

Did you contmeplate on 'Winding UP' petition?
