Hi,
Recently i quit from a Semi Govt organisation breaking the surety bond. No training was provided to me during my tenure.However the managment withheld my 3 months salary on the strength of provision contained in the Surety bond.
They are ready to give me the amount so withheld, provided, i should produce some legal evidence to their satisfaction that in cases, where no training is given by the Company, the company cannot withheld the amount mentioned in the Bond.
Though i was able to produce some evidences from the Contract Act, they are insisting on some Legal Decisions on this issue.
I would like to get a copy of any Legal decision which was in favour of the employee, under similar circumstances.
