You will pay the penalty, the other side will grill you for  braech of contract ans seek compensation from you... beready for the consequiences .Check in agreement what would be consequiences in case the agreement is breached  by either side....

The bond was not done in bonafide papper of Indian Government. It was done by their company letter pad.

That can be used to show that there were terms of employment and you can escape from the liablities.

U have to pay advocates fee that's double .he has to rescue .it is better to settle amicable if they refuse tell them to go to court.
