employment in company

hello friends,

can i file a writ in state highcourt challenging the appointment of a candidate in a private company as null and void for not observing the proper guide lines in the process of recruitment?

are private companies free to adopt their own un restricted recruitment policy?

thanks

DEAR MANU,

As per me, if the Company in question is a Private company, but Registered with the State Govrnment and Registrar of Companies/Industries, then  a Writ by  challenging the appointment or for non observation of   the proper guide lines in the process of recruitment,  can be filed against the Company before the State high Court.

But your question is not clear;

who are you ?

An Industrial Dispute also arose in netween the Company and its workmen, and a WORKMEN can move to Industrial Tribunal, under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act 1947.
