I had purchased 5 cents land from my vendor in 1993 entered wrong survey no,same mistake done by vendor also in 1983.in 2007 i had settled the property on my wife name and corrected the survey no.the adjacent land owner has encoached my land stating other s.no. i had approched local police/COP/DC.they say it is civil matter we can't interfere.meanwhile i had approached local munsif court for correction s.no. what are other option.the opposite party has approach munsif court asking injuction.local police inspector advised to go for advocate commission.
