Enrolment in Bar Council

One of my classmate could not pursue his final year BL Degree due to employment obligations.  He had completed his B.G.L. Degree as a Regular student after attending his classes for two full years.  In Madras University B.L. degree is awarded on completion of the third year.  Subsequently, he registered himself for L.LM. Degree course through distance education and passed out successfully specialising in Environmental Law.  ICFAI University, Hyderabad enrolls experienced candidates for Post Graduate Degree course based on BGL Degree.  In this case whether he is eligible for enrolment in Bar Council to practice as a Lawyer as he fullfills all the conditions spelt under Advocates' Act.  Please guide.

I wish to inform that the Academic years put in are :

Matric                       :10 Years (as Usual)

Senior Secondary : 2 Years (as Usual)

B.Sc Degree          : 3 Years - Chemistry

B.G.L.                      : 2 Years - General Laws from Madras Law College as Day scholar

L.LM.                       : 2 Years - Specialising in Cyber Laws and Environmental Laws

Is this not sufficient to get enrollment in the Bar Council. You can also join the thread in the forum posted by me on the same subject.
