EPF Short payment rec'd

I had worked 15 months in Greygold Cements Ltd after relieving 2months i had applied for epf-10c with no 100692048072 i need to receive according to calculation 30544/- but i received only 26820/- of short amount . My emloyer already deducted 8420/- from the part of my salary epfo had also deducted my EPS 3724/- i got cheated by both How can i claim the balance from epfo kindly favour me relive from this crisys...
