After going through your query what I could understand is that there is an error in partition deed executed by you and some other person. I am assuming that the partition deed has been registered with the office of sub-registrar. In such a case, execute a rectification deed. This is similar to a corrigendum to an agreement. Please note that the rectification deed will be a registered instrument just like the partition deed.
However, if you have not registered the partition deed, then there is no problem. Simply amend the deed by an addendum. I have not gone into the question of whether the Partition Deed was compulsorily required to be registered in your area or not.
