The company manufactures and sells leather chemicals to various dealers and customers. They have many departments kile the Technical Dept, Sales & Marketing Dept mainly in Tamil Nadu and PF & ESI are applicable to them and they are remitting . They have one Sales and Technical team at Bangladesh for whom Salary is paid by us . Is ESI and PF applicable to them?
My Overall question is PF/ESI applicable to foreign branch employees of Indian Company in case Rupee Equivalent of what they earn is less than Rs 15,000 ?
