Dear Experts,
Our employees whenever applying sick leave through ESI. The ESI authorities are not paying compensation for SUNDAYS. Is there any rule no payment on Sundays. If the employee is sick for two weaks if in between Sunday has come they are not paying.
Please coment on this, and supply any circular on this.
