Essential query

Sir

 My case scenario is this:

1.prior out of court payment of one time permanent alimony of Rs.25 lakhs paid through 2 cheques

receipt  in 100 rs non judicial stamp paper containing my estranged wifes signature and 2 witness signatures in receipt one of which is my uncles signature who acted as mediator in our mcd case

but fact of payment not noted in mcd petition by lawyer and also receipt not filed with other mcd documents

    2. Mcd petition filed on 4.10.13 and first hearing fixed on 4.4.2014.

Lawyer not informed me about hearing and find through my friend who has similar family case like me.

At first hearing I only attended and wife came only 2 hearings after that.

Finally on 5.6.15 case dismissed due to withdrawal of consent by cunning wife.

Notes: with 25 lakhs estranged wife bought flat and enjoying benefit of compromise

Now I wish to know for purpose of contested divorce if I want to get patta copy of her newly bought flat what procedure I have to do?

So that it may be useful for me to win in contested  divorce case!

Best, supari de de.  That would be my suggestion, as people like these dont deserve to live, cheaters.  Now that she has backed off from MCD, other option is fight and take divorce, I dont see any point in you simply roaming to court endlessly for next 10 years for sake of getting divorce by contesting it if challenged by wife.  There are other crooked methods to get divorce legally from cheater wife, but I wont suggest you such in open forum, may be in private messaging.  Proving that she bought a flat out of such money, RTI etc is all waste, you will almost join NIMHANS by the end of it.

I would suggest you go for live in relationship with some woman who is mentally compatible with you.  Time and tide wait for none, dont waste time in court only person who will benefit is the lawyer.
