Eviction of licensee on account of default of rent before expiry of leave and license agreement under section 24

Sir, their is an leave and license agreement executed and registered and the licenseee had committed default in paying rent. the agreement is still going . on account of default the licensor had issued notice to the licensee to vacate the premises bu the question is if the licensee does not vacate the premises , can Licensor can approach to competent authority to evict the licensee from the licensed premises beffore completion of licensed period?

Yes, you can file petition for evicting the licensee.Even though license period is still there but as he becomes defaulter by not making the payment of lease rent as per lease agreement terms and conditions,you have every right to file a petition for eviction of that licensee.But make sure that,is there any term mentioned in the lease agreement about eviction of licensee before the completion of lease agreement or not.
