Ex-servicemen

a i have gone through the whole conversation please consider the following situation 

whether any EX-servicemen can take benifit of reservation second time 

i.e. first he has joined an X dept in state/central government taking benefit of ex servicemen quota.

can he is elligible for reservation in another exam

my self Ex sgt Naren Yadav,recently joined PNB in clerical cadre and under probation period.The job doesn't suits me due to my disability.If I resign from this bank will my esm qouta will remains or not??
