Learned Members I am stuck need your help. I have pass an exam and qualified for interview to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, however on the date of interview I was not allowed to appear for interview. I produce my Bar enrollement and LL.B certificates and also my class 12 mark sheet, however I did not produce my class 12 pass certificate which I was directed to produce prior to my interview. Now my contention is that since I have produce voluminous academic record it can be presume that I have pass my class 12 even without my class 12 pass certificate, since I have already pass graduation and also completed my LL.B. Therefore will my contention stand if I apporach the Hon'ble Court under Article 226. Pliz support with citation. Thanking you.
