Execution of a decree

can it be possible High court execute a decree passed by  lower court?  if it is found that lower court is unable to execute of the decree for long time  and so many negligence from their  part.?? Please comment …

No,the court which passed the decree can only execute the same.

No, Only the trial court which passed the decree, has the power excute its decree by way of execution petition..

Sir , Could it be possible to file a appeal to the high court if the executing court is not doing satisfactorily....and lingering the process unnecessarily....if decree holder is not satisfied by the order of the executing court can it be possible to file appeal to high court with a pitition to execute the decree .....please suggest....
