The time for an appeal is over, though it can still be preferred with an application for condonation of delay. In such matters as soon as you get the decree you should lodge a caveat in the court, which makes it mandatory for the tenant(judgment debtor) to notify you when he files an appeal, and there is no chance of any order in your absence.
I would advise you to move an execution application ASAP. Just because an appeal is filed or may be filed - the decree is not denuded of it's effect - file execution to realise the fruits of your decree.
