As per the GR dated 26-11-2013 no CSL-2003/CR-496/15-C ONLY members those took charge of housing society managing commitee on or after 06 september 2012 are exempted from submission of M-20 bond but those who have been elected before the above date mentioned are bound to submit M-20 form within specified period of 15 days or 45 days as the case may be or else it is taken it for granted that they have not taken charge. They are not supposed to deal with any matter which may directly or indirectly concerned to housing society.
