I want to know, how can i transfer the property on my name after the death of my grandfather, who has executed the will on my name. The will is registered at Sub district magistrate office.

File an application to the concerned revenue officer( in case of agrl., land) / City survey officer( in case of NA plots/buidlings) to enter your name to the property. Produce the xerox/certified copy of the will along with an application.
