The Landlord got order in her favour in her RCOP case (in Tamilnadu) with an order to the Tenant to vacate & handover the vacant possession of the Petition premises within 2 months from the date of the Order and the Landlord wants to file EP. In this connection kindly clarify the following:
1. Whether the EP to be filed only after expiery date of 2 months time limt for vacating the premises or after expiery of Appeal period?
2. Whether the EP can be filed before expiery of 2 mothts time period or 15 days Appeal period for execution after the Appeal period?
