Experience letter

Hi, I worked in css from sep-2012 to oct-2014. Due to personal issues I quit all of a sudden without prior notice. The company has terminated me for uninformed leave. After 2 years now I'm in search of a new job. Where ever I go they are asking for my experience letter and relieving letter. When I approached them they said they won't provide the experience letter. I sent a mail to the HR Team but there is no response. Is there any way that I can get the experience letter from them. Please help.

Legally it is possible. Before that we have to go through your Appointment letter.

File a pre litigation conciliation petition against employer  before Legal Services Authority, as it may not cost one rupee.  Before that remember, that they may state about disciplinary action against you in that experience letter.
