Fake address in divorce petition

she bought a apartment on loan, residing along with her parents and giving some fake address where they are not residing, i want to punish the owner of the house who is supporting ther to mislead courts and me, how can i do this?

Submit affidavit to court stating that the address is fake? ask for submission of proof of residence?

FIle a preliminary objection udner order 6 rule 14 of the CPC and seek stay of the suit filed by her. You shall however have to adduce evidence about her actual address.
