Fake ipc 420 and 406 case against me and my mother by brother's wife to extort money? case is filed by her father. what can i do? my career is destroyed. i am just 23 yrs old

Case details are entirely wrong. They filed a case in different state than I reside. Even marriage place is in different state. Quashing 482 is filed. Is mental harassment grounds for quashing an application?

mind it section 211 IPC can be attract against of the de-facto compliant if the case is false

Mental harassment is not the lone ground for quashing as the high court mostly will examine the material placed on record vis-a-vis the allegations of the First information report against the merits you have. you need to disprove the place of marriage and other falsley alleged averments.
