Mlc enclosed herewith was done by PHC Doctor @ aug 23, 2009 ( sunday)
No information was conveyed by him to police even after fabrication of Fake MLC
There is no MLC no.
Doctor registration no is also not available on it
In RTI reply he shows holyday @ Aug 23, 2011 ( no emergency / opd Patient was attended .
Please suggest me in what manner i should complaint to MCI for his cruel act. due to it i am facing 498a & 125 in meeerut , dv, 2005 & 406 in sardhana meerut,
Investigation was not done by I/O regarding it.
