dear all
a sc person had applied for permission to sale his land to general member.
after getting permission,he didnot sell his land to the concern person.
but a deed has been made behind the back of the SC member by giving fake sign on the deed
the signature in permission & DEED can be clearly noticiable and mismatched with a great degree.
But the SC member has dead .IT is a case of long back.
so wht is the remedy availabe to get the land back by his successor.
